Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Fabienne Chapot items, but if they aren't quite right, you can return your order within 30 days of receipt. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
Register Your Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging or a sturdy box, ensuring the return form is included inside the parcel.
Drop Off Your Parcel
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest designated courier point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse has processed your return, the purchase amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 10 working days.
